Step onboard your Reef Cruise from Port Douglas
Set out on a full-day adventure to explore the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef.
Spend the day among magnificent coral reef sites on the Great Barrier Reef. You can find plenty of tropical marine life in their natural habitat beneath the surface. Rather than jumping off the back of the boat, you can swim! After all, the boat is fitted with in-water platforms that make for an easy entrance into this natural wonderland.
Enjoy over 5 hours at the Great Barrier Reef while visiting three different reef sites. Everyone has the opportunity to go Snorkelling, but why not take the plunge and try a Scuba Dive? Of course, there is no better way to see the reef!
Fully equipped with Hot Showers, you will be able to freshen up before enjoying a Hot and Cold Buffet Lunch. This will certainly pump some warmth and energy back into you for the next Reef Site!
Sooner or later, it will be time to sit back and enjoy the cruise home. After all, we have a dinner to attend!
Immerse yourself in Culture with the Aboriginal Dinner Show
Once you are collected from your hotel, feel the excitement build as you travel down a private road. It will feel like you are stepping into another world when you arrive. Surrounded by a candlelit forest, you will feel like you have just wandered into an enchanted forest.
The rainforest awaits…
To begin with, you can enjoy canapes and drinks on the lawn. Mingle with other guests under the candlelight. Sooner or later, the sound of rumbling tummies will signal that it is time for dinner!
Ignite your Senses
Without delay, join your tablemates and get your tastebuds ready. Find your table under the black silk canopy. Marvel at the handcrafted chandeliers made of crystal. Prepare yourself for a 7-Course banquet menu including local Tropical produce. Deliciously paired with a range of Red and White Wine and Beer. In either case, your senses will be set alight.
During the night, it will be time to meet your hosts. Two local Aboriginal brothers who want to share a Dreamtime story with you. So, sit back and enjoy this spiritual and mystical experience with a stage backing onto the forest. You will be entertained by their knowledge of the land and song. And yet, you will learn about their culture at the same time. This is one experience that is like no other.
For the romantics
It seems like the perfect romantic setting, right? With this in mind, the tables are turned to provide more intimate table settings of two for Saturday nights only. Relax to the sound of a beautiful melody from the solo acoustic guitar. Coupled with the peace and serenity of the surrounding forest. Feel yourself sinking into bliss. Especially as you work your way through a delicious 5 Course Meal.
Although, perhaps you have a special occasion or a proposal in mind. Then this is the perfect way to capture the romance.
All things considered, why not do dinner a little different on this trip? Immerse yourself in the Dreamtime Culture, at the same time treating your tastebuds. After all, the Reef Cruise and Aboriginal Dinner is truly a unique experience.
